BLACKBERRY BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
- 1 punnet of blackberries, frozen
- ½ cup natural yoghurt
- ½ cup almond milk
To garnish:
- Coconut shavings
- Chia seeds
- Goji berries
- Freeze dried blueberries
- Combine blackberries, yoghurt and milk with a stick mixer or in a blender.
- It can be sweetened with a little maple syrup if desired.
- Pour into shallow bowl and garnish as you like.
