CANDIED WALNUTS
- 2 cups caster sugar
- 455g walnuts
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 90 ml orange juice
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- In a bowl, toss 1 cup of the sugar with the other ingredients and mix well.
- Pour mixture on to a cookie sheet, spread evenly, and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of sugar over the top and mix.
- Allow your candied walnuts to cool before serving.
