CAULIFLOWER CHEESE BAKE
- 1 large cauliflower
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ cup sour cream
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets and steam for 10 to 15 minutes until soft.
- Take half the cauliflower and half the cheese and blend together with the rest of the ingredients.
- Spread the blended mixture into a well-greased baking dish. Press the remaining cauliflower pieces into the blended mixture and sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
- Bake at 200C for 20 minutes until the top of your cauliflower cheese bake is golden.
