CAULIFLOWER CHEESE BAKE

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup sour cream
  1. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and steam for 10 to 15 minutes until soft.
  2. Take half the cauliflower and half the cheese and blend together with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Spread the blended mixture into a well-greased baking dish. Press the remaining cauliflower pieces into the blended mixture and sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
  4. Bake at 200C for 20 minutes until the top of your cauliflower cheese bake is golden.
